I’ve been tinkering with computers since I was a kid exploring Windows 95. Early drag-and-drop website builders gave me my first taste of making things for the web. That curiosity carried me through WordPress, Webflow, Softr, and an ever-growing collection of tools. Along the way, I made the jump from retail management into self-taught design and development, earned certifications through Treehouse, and started building for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Today, I have more than a decade of experience, 50+ shipped projects, and 2,000+ students taught. At Treehouse, I’ve created educational content and helped lead AI initiatives, including building a coding-project reviewer in one week with reported workload savings equivalent to three full-time team members. I’ve also taught design and AI workshops for students, small businesses, and nonprofits. Helping someone discover what they’re capable of building is a big part of why I do this.

AI has become a natural extension of that lifelong curiosity. I was an early ChatGPT beta tester and a beta tester for Google Flow, exploring new ways to create software, images, and video. I also placed second in Lovable’s first-ever hackathon with Chat NCD, a web app I built in Lovable that recreated ChatGPT’s interface and functionality. I like getting my hands on a tool, figuring out where it’s useful, and turning those experiments into something worth sharing.

Gaming has been part of my life just as long. I grew up with Mario and Zelda, got hooked on Gears of War in early adulthood, and found my way back after years away thanks to Fortnite. These days, Fortnite, ARC Raiders, and Gears of War are my favorites. Away from building and gaming, there’s usually hip-hop playing—and a Miami Heat game worth watching.
