UX & Product Designer
“Everything is designed. Few things are designed well.” – Brian Reed
Hi, I’m Daniel Montgomery, a UX & Product Designer with several years of experience designing a variety of digital products from web design to dashboards, chatbots, and voice user interfaces. My approach is centered on creating intuitive and user-focused designs that solve real-world problems.
I’m proud of the role I’ve played in helping early-stage startups secure funding through MVPs I have built. Additionally, I’ve been recognized by industry leaders, such as Cathy Pearl, Head of Conversation Design at Google, who mentioned my work during her presentation at SXSW. I’ve also been able to contribute to the UX Techdegree program at Treehouse, helping shape the curriclum while working directly with students over Slack and Zoom. I’m thrilled that our program maintained a high NPS score throughout, and we helped over 200 students graduate from the program, many of whom went on to work at top companies like Verizon, Niantic, and Google.
Last year, I was honored to be selected as a maker fund recipient by Coda, where I received funding to build my project, “The Solo Creator Playbook”. My passion for design is rooted in a belief that it can make a real difference in the world. I’m always seeking new opportunities to innovate and grow, and I’m committed to using my skills to create impactful experiences that improve people’s lives.
